De verdad que el "ratearse" los dibujos, fotos, imágenes de otras personas se está volviendo una moda o de verdad no se saben las políticas de derechos de autor del deviantARt.
Gente de verdad, no lo hagan o se los va a cargar el payaso, si me van a decir que luego solo hicieron un remake.. bueno un remake no se trata de que vas a, literalmente, CALCAR la imagen. Es decir que vas a poner tu hoja sobre la imagen o la pantalla y los va a trazar, eso no se vale y aparte no está permitido (la verdad no lo sabía, me acabo de enterar)Hagan el esfuerzo de DIBUJARLO, yo también aprendí copiando pero NO CALCANDO. NO SEAN OJETES, porque de verdad así nunca van a aprender a dibujar, ni a desarrollar un estilo.
ESTO ES deviantArt, no photbucket, ni fotolog pa que esten posteando imágenes así nada más, aunque suene a comercial ¡¡HAGALO USTED MISMO!!
EN mis noticias favoritas (solo inglés) estan los terminos de deviantArt en los que se lee cuando es un artTheft ¡¡LEANLo!!
La verdad yo lo leí porque buscando en una página encontré una foto que me gustó y que me gustaría tomar como Referencia, pero no modificar la imágen con photoshop. También si quieren hacer eso pero no saben quien es el autor ¡¡NO LO POSTEEN EN dA!! Por que están violando los derechos de autor. Mejor dense un tiempo y localizen al autor y pídanle permiso para que luego no los cachen y se los c...argue el payaso
En serio no lo hagan, la verdad he roto mi record reportando y de otros me he hecho "de la vista gorda" lo que quiero decir que no los he reportado ni nada, porque me doy cuenta de que no saben que lo que están haciendo esta prohibido. Cuidénse también de que les roben sus dibujos porque hay cada gañán.
Yo se que esto les va a valer queso, que no les va aimportar, y que van a decir ¡¡ay no m...asques generala!!
Pero en serio; les gustaría que su dibujo que los tomó 3 días hacerlo y que dicen "orale me quedó de 10" y venga un rata (ladrón) cualquiera y nomas le da click derecho, copiar y luego lo postea en su cuenta, o que solo lo calcó ¿Lo sube a su cuenta y ya? ¿Les gustaría eso? Y encima el muy cínico dice que el lo "hizo".

People DON´T DO IT!! or well you could be reported or banned from this web site.
In my favorite news there is an article about art thef and what is considered art thef, please READ IT!!, I did because I found a photo I want to use as a REFERENCE not edit the image using photoshop, that is forbidden too. If you don´t know who the author is don´t post the image in DA, take your time to look for the author FIRST, and then ask him/her if you can use his/her image to alter the original or Do you want to be reported? Then don´t do it.
Now you´re going to tell me "but it´s a remake" Ok it´s fine, but a remake it´s when you take you OWN pencil and draw againg the original. Remake: It´s not when you traced the original, I mean you just put your sheet on the original or the screen and you TRACE IT. That is FORBIDDEN AND IS COSIDERATED ART THEFT (read dA rules). Make the effort of draw your own pictures, I mean I learned coping... but NOT TRACING!, this is not going to help you. If you trace, you´re not going to learn how to draw and develop a style.
THIS IS DEVIANTART, not photobucket, fotolog, flickr to post every image you found,even if sounds as a publicity: DO IT YOURSELF!!
I break my own record reporting art theft, and some times I just ignore it because I found that some times the guys doesn´t know they are violating copyright.
Maybe you wont´care aND all of you are going to say me : F...OFF GENERALA!! but really:
You don´t mind that some else take your pictures, sketches, animations and post it in his/her account saying He/she did. I don´t think so (or maybe yes, who knows)
